The Common Thread opened in fall 2025 as Sunshine’s reimagined courtyard space, featuring an accessible playground, a revitalized memory garden, and a welcoming space for families to gather. Made possible through the generosity of Tessie Mae Seamon, the courtyard honors every life and memory woven into our community. Individually we are one thread; together, we weave a masterpiece.
