DSPs – direct support professionals – enhance lives every day. Could this be you?
Experience in the DD field is preferred but not required. We are currently hiring individuals full-time and part-time, as well as weekend-only positions. All shifts available. Candidates must have a dependable work history, compassion, flexibility and patience. Competitive wages of $10/hour to start with the potential to make up to $1 more in the first year. Weekend shift differential of $1.00 as well.
All direct support professional positions require:
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record;
- High School diploma or GED;

Are you a self-starter with an ability to understand complex systems? Are you highly organized and an excellent communicator? Candidates must have experience in all areas of accounting, including receivables, payables, payroll, in-depth account reconciliation and analysis, general ledger, and financial statements. The director of finance has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Vice President of Finance. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years’ experience and an accounting degree. Previous supervisory experience and a knowledge of Medicaid is a plus.

A director of vocational services oversees daily operations of a variety of activity programs and supported employment services at Sunshine’s vocational center and in the community.
Are you interested helping to create opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to learn, grow and share their gifts and talents with others?
You must have previous management and/or business experience, enjoy a fast-paced and challenging work environment, and have excellent communication, team-building, organizational and project management skills.
A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (e.g. Special Ed., Social Work, Psychology) is required; a Master’s is preferred. Experience preferred in any combination of the following areas: non-profit, healthcare, social work or business.
